Cherry Tomatoes with Tuna, Mayo, and Walnuts

Ingredients:
24 cherry tomatoes
Salt
5 oz (150 g) canned tuna, drained
¼ cup (60 g) mayonnaise
1 tablespoon salt-cured capers, rinsed
2 anchovy fillets, rinsed
2 cloves garlic, peeled
2 sprigs fresh oregano
Handful fresh basil leaves
1/3 cup (50 g) shelled walnuts
1 ice cube
½ cup (60 g) freshly grated parmesan
Procedure:
Slice the tops of the tomatoes. Use a teaspoon to scoop out the fresh seeds. Sprinkles the insides with salt
Drain the tomatoes cut-side down on paper towels for 15 minutes
Place the tuna, mayonnaise, capers, anchovies, garlic, oregano, basil, walnuts, and the ice cube in the bowl of a food processor. Chop until smooth
Season with salt and stir in the Parmesan. Mix well. Fill the tomatoes with this mixture
Arrange on a serving plate and serve
