Ingredients:
2 cups (500 ml) sour cream
3 oz (90 g) cheddar cheese, finely grated
1 package dry onion soup mix
Fresh Ground White Pepper
Procedure:
Place the sour cream and cheese in a medium bowl
Add the soup mix and stir until smooth. Season with pepper
Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
Serve with a selection of chopped raw vegetables (or with potato chips, crackers, or squares of freshly toasted bread)
