Onion Dip with Fresh Vegetables

Servings: 6 to 8 » Preparation: 5 min + 2h to chill » Level: Easy
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups (500 ml) sour cream
  • 3 oz (90 g) cheddar cheese, finely grated
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • Fresh Ground White Pepper

Procedure:
  1. Place the sour cream and cheese in a medium bowl
  2. Add the soup mix and stir until smooth. Season with pepper
  3. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
  4. Serve with a selection of chopped raw vegetables (or with potato chips, crackers, or squares of freshly toasted bread)
